How do you handle larger requests?
Requests are worked on every day with updates every 48 hours until it is completed. You will be fully aware of how much time something will take before you pay.
Who are the designers?
The only designer is me, Sarah! You work with me directly on all of your projects. If there are aspects of your project beyond my current skillset, I have a vast network of highly skilled developers that I work with. However, you will still only need to work with me.
What is your education and experience?
I attended marketing and design school at The Art Institute of Vancouver and spent the rest of my career running small creative businesses. I have bought and sold multiple businesses and have been a consultant in the creation of dozens of successful businesses using a proven formula that incorporates marketing, design, and the latest technology.
How do I request designs?
That’s totally up to you and whatever you’re comfortable with. You can send emails, text messages, Google Docs, Trello, Slack, Pigeon carrier….
What if I only have a single requests?
We offer a trial of services for $150 with additional hours at $50 per hour. Please reach out so we can give you a quote on your project.
What if I want a refund?
Due to the creative nature of the services, refunds are not offered. However, we will work with you to ensure you are happy with our services.
